This consultation is the first step in creating a custom commission that matches your vision, budget, and timeline. You’ll complete our Commission Painting Form, which captures the key details your artist needs—models, paint level, style references, basing preferences, deadlines, and any special requests. During the consultation, we’ll review your form together, clarify any details, and align on expectations for quality, color scheme, and deliverables. By the end, you’ll have a solid framework for your project and the information needed for us to build an accurate quote and schedule. What we cover • Project goals and desired paint level (Base, Mid, High, etc...) • Color scheme, theme, and reference images • Model list, assembly/prep needs, conversions, and basing • Timeline, milestones, and turnaround expectations • Quote structure and next steps for approval and deposit (if applicable)
